The product

What does Ajenzo do during a conversation?

Ajenzo follows the audio of your meeting app and microphone, recognises when context could help, and searches your connected sources. It shows a short card with an answer, its source and, where useful, a suggested response or follow-up question.

How is Ajenzo different from an AI note taker?

A note taker writes down what was said and gives you a summary afterwards. Ajenzo is built for the moment itself: when a question comes up, it looks in your own sources and shows the answer and where it came from while the conversation is still going. After the call you also get a recap with decisions and open questions.

Does Ajenzo answer every question it hears?

No. It aims to help when company knowledge is useful, not to interrupt for every sentence. When it shows general background instead of a fact from your sources, the card is labelled as general knowledge and not verified.

How do I know whether an answer is right?

A sourced answer shows the file or message it came from and, when available, when it was last updated. That lets you judge it in the moment. You always decide what to say; Ajenzo only suggests.

What happens after the call?

A recap brings decisions, responsibilities and open questions together. The conversation and the cards Ajenzo showed stay in your Ajenzo account, so you can look back and search them later.

Platforms and setup

Which computers and meeting apps can I use?

The current app runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14.4 or later. Windows is the next platform we are building. Ajenzo works with meeting audio from apps such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in the browser. Microphone and system audio permissions are required.

Which sources can I connect?

You can upload documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text) and connect Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar. Earlier conversations become a source too. For your own systems you can add custom read-only connections through an MCP server or an API key.

How do I get started?

Create an account, download the app and connect the sources that hold the information you need in your conversations. Then allow microphone and system audio access and start listening when you are ready.

03

Privacy and control

Does a bot join my meeting?

No. Ajenzo uses the audio on your own computer, and you decide when listening starts and stops. Let other participants know when you use AI in a conversation, and follow your organisation’s rules for doing so.

Does everything stay on my computer?

No. Speech recognition runs locally. Relevant transcript text goes to the Ajenzo cloud to search your sources and prepare answers. Uploaded documents are stored there, and your conversations and cards appear in your Ajenzo account.

Where is my data stored?

The Ajenzo application, database and file storage run in the EU, in the Netherlands. Some providers we use, such as the AI models that prepare answers, are based in or process data from the United States, with safeguards described in our privacy policy. The full list is on the sub-processors page.

Can Ajenzo change information in my systems?

No. The current version reads information and suggests what you could say or ask. It does not send messages, update records or take actions in your business systems.
