A live meeting assistant.
With your own answers.

Most meeting AI writes notes for later. Ajenzo helps during the call: when a question comes up, it looks in your company knowledge and shows the answer and its source in a small window beside your meeting.

What it is

Not a note taker.
Not a chatbot.

A note taker records the meeting and summarises it afterwards. That helps with follow-up, but not with the question you are asked right now.

A chat assistant can answer, but you have to stop, type a prompt and read the reply while the other person waits. And a general model does not know your prices, plans or agreements.

A live meeting assistant sits in between. It follows the conversation, recognises when your own knowledge can help and brings the relevant fact into view, without you typing anything.

An answer is more useful when you can check its source. Ajenzo shows the available source reference, so you can decide what to use.

  1. The answer first

One clear line you can use right away.

  2. The detail behind it

The facts that support the answer, kept short.

  3. A way to say it

Suggested wording. You decide whether to use it.

  4. Where it came from

The file, the location in it and when it was last updated.

  5. Your call

Mark it useful or dismiss it. Nothing is sent on your behalf.

About live assistance

What people ask
about live help.

Which meeting apps does the live assistant work with?

Ajenzo uses the audio on your own computer, so it works alongside apps such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in the browser. The current app runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14.4 or later; Windows is next.

Does it interrupt me all the time?

No. Ajenzo aims to show a card when your own knowledge can help, not for every sentence. You can dismiss a card, mark it useful or stop listening at any time.

Does it also make notes?

Yes. After the call you get a recap with decisions, responsibilities and open questions, and the conversation stays searchable in your account.
