Teams whose calls depend on company facts that are written down somewhere: prices, specifications, delivery dates, earlier agreements. Every answer shows its source.
AI meeting assistants
that answer during the call.
Most AI meeting tools write notes for later. This page lists the tools that help while the conversation is still going, and compares where their answers come from, whether a bot joins, which platforms they run on and what they cost.
We make Ajenzo, so we are not neutral. To keep this fair, every fact about another product comes from that product’s own website, with the source linked below. Where a site does not say something, we write “not stated”.

Start with the question
you get in your calls.
If the questions are about your own company, such as a price, a version, a delivery date or something agreed last month, the answer has to come from your own sources. Check whether a tool can read them, and whether it shows where an answer came from so you can check it before you say it.
If you mostly want help with how the conversation goes, a coaching tool fits better. If you only meet in one app, a built-in assistant may be enough.
Whichever tool you use, we recommend telling the people you speak with when you use AI in a conversation.
Each tool,
in one line.
Individuals who want a general live assistant with a low entry price.
People who want coaching on the conversation itself, on many devices.
Mac users who want live answers based on what is being said and general knowledge.
Occasional use in browser meetings, paid per pack of answers.
Teams that meet only in Zoom and want to ask about the meeting itself.
Not a live answer tool, but a strong choice if you mainly want good notes afterwards.
